Offering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, comprehensive behaviour support planning and trauma-informed counselling to assist individuals in managing complex behaviours, enhancing emotional wellbeing and improving quality of life.

Brainspotting & EMDR

About Felicity M. Cross

Senior Clinician

Felicity is a Mental Health Accredited Social Worker who has worked in mental health for the past 16 years with a client base that is diverse, and present with acute mental health, drug and alcohol, homelessness, child protection, residential care, and disabilities and the NDIS space.
Felicity has an extensive work history and education in mental health, working with men, women, and children with a particular passion for working with men and acute mental health, drug and alcohol, trauma, and recidivism. Although she has worked in homelessness, OOHC, mental health, and disabilities for the past 16 years, for the past 4 years she has worked within the disability sector and she is also NDIS registered.

Trauma Informed Care

a collaborative and non-blaming form of psychotherapy that helps individuals reframe their life stories by separating themselves from their problems, empowering them to identify their values, strengths, and skills to create more positive and meaningful narratives
